Abdul Nasir Shaikh is an award-winning leader, entrepreneur, and coach with over 25 years of experience across hospitality, education, and consulting. Formerly the General Manager and Chairman of the Marriott India Business Council, and later the Group CEO of The Lexicon Group, he has now transitioned into entrepreneurship as the Founder of Total Consulting and Mentoring Collective LLP and Ahmed Luxury Products LLP.
A firm believer in values-driven leadership, Abdul Nasir holds a Master’s degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, for which he received a Gold Medal and Citation of Excellence from MNLU, Mumbai. His diverse career across India, Oman, Tanzania, and Azerbaijan shapes his holistic approach to leadership, personal growth, and legacy building.
