The author, Dr A M Kharbamon, is a Medical Specialist practicing in Shillong. She was a Consultant Medical Specialist at Bethany Hospital Shillong, at the time of President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s death. She was the specialist who attended to the former President along with a team of doctors. She had previously written another book “Full Circle” under the pen name Cherie K.
