Some people collect fridge magnets. I collect conversations. From hotel lobbies, where I began as a professional in the hospitality industry, to corporate boardrooms across sectors, I have listened closely and observed what helps people connect, lead, and build trust at work.
My curiosity gradually led me into workplace coaching, leadership training, and NLP. The titles came later - the questions came first. Why do some people lead without raising their voice? Why do others struggle to be heard, no matter how hard they try? What makes a team work well together, even during messy days and missed deadlines?
These questions shaped my work. Today, I design learning experiences that help professionals speak with more clarity, lead with more ease, and bring more intention to their everyday work life.
When I am not working with teams or scribbling frameworks on scraps of paper, you will find me people-watching at cafés, hoarding stationery I do not need, or chasing down strong chai with stronger conversations.
