Some people collect fridge magnets. I collect conversations. From hotel lobbies, where I began as a professional in the hospitality industry, to corporate boardrooms across sectors, I have listened closely and observed what helps people connect, lead, and build trust at work.
My curiosity gradually led me into workplace coaching, leadership training, and NLP. The titles came later - the questions came first. Why do some people lead without raising their voice?
