Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalParenting, not only is one of the life's most fulfilling experience and a profound privilege, but also an enormous daily challenge. As pediatricians, the authors wished they had more time to talk with the parents, to share; not just medical advice, but reassurance, not just prescriptions, but perspectives. Warm, inclusive, and deeply empathetic, the book affirms that parenting is not about perfection but presence. It celebrates the everyday courage of caregivers and encourages responsive, informed, and loving care.
This Parenting book is about:
• Holistic care from newborn period into the adolescence.
• Evidence-based advice on nutrition, discipline, education, and screen-time.
• Empowerment of the parents through knowledge, empathy, and positive thinking.
• Emphasis on planning and prevention, how simple things like exclusive breastfeeding, love and care can help children be healthy.
• Support for caregivers to manage common conditions at home.
This book is a heartfelt, practical companion for parents navigating the joys and challenges of raising children. It bridges clinical wisdom with everyday parenting, offering what doctors wish to say in the clinic, if they had really time.
