Clifford Savio Gomes is a lay Catholic from Saligao, Goa, India. A commerce graduate with postgraduate diplomas in Disaster Management and Criminology & Forensic Science, he has worked in commercial fields and volunteered full-time at Mãe de Deus Parish.
