Before everything became instant, emotions took time. Songs were waited for, recorded, and replayed. Radio dedications arrived late at night. Guitar notes were learned slowly, repeated until they stayed. Flowers were pressed between pages to keep a moment from slipping away.
This book is for those who have carried a song longer than a conversation, who have saved words for later, and who understand that not everything needs to be spoken to be real.
