Kartik Mandaville - Kartik's path was written at the age of 6 because that's when he fell in love with computers and started learning programming.Kartik is the founder and CEO of Springworks, a permanently remote organization aiming to make HR easier. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh with Masters from the Language Technologies Institute, School of Computer Science focusing on Big Data, Machine Learning, NLP and BioTech.
Prior to starting Springworks, Kartik has served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of LetMeKnow. In 2012, he was recognized as a Kairos Global Fellow and was invited to the White House, where he engaged with senators and administration officials advocate for reforms in immigration laws.Kartik chose to build a category defining work culture for Springworks and has personally focused on ensuring it happens everyday. He aims to help more organizations understand the importance of the right people management and its alignment with business success.
Dhristi Shah- Dhristi is an Assistant Content Manager at Springworks and has been associated with the organisation for over 3.5 years.
