Yawlui, LLB, LLM (London), MA (Accra), PhD (Paris), Barrister, was formerly Adjunct Lecturer in public international law and international trade and investment law at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) School of Law and University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) School of Law. He was also Adjunct Lecturer in Administrative Law at the GIMPA School of Leadership and Governance. As a career diplomat, he is currently serving as Ghana’s High Commissioner to Sierra Leone.
