Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalSafety begins with awareness, but it grows through steady habits, strong systems, and honest communication. Every time attention falters, risk quietly takes its place. This writing brings together practical lessons from real workplaces and everyday decisions that protect lives. It highlights how small acts of discipline prevent major losses, how leadership builds trust, and how a culture of care becomes a lasting habit.
It reminds us that safety is not an extra task or a box to tick—it is woven into every action, every plan, and every person who chooses to do the right thing before something goes wrong.
This book guides business leaders to strengthen performance, build resilience, and achieve sustainable success by placing Occupational Health and Safety at the heart of their organisation.
