Nitin is a global leadership advisor with more than 25 years of experience working with multinational organizations, CEO's and senior leaders in the United States, Singapore and throughout Asia. His expertise is in the area of culture transformation, talent development and employee engagement. Nitin is an experienced facilitator, keynote speaker and an ICF executive coach, with a Master's in Psychology & Higher Education from the United States. In addition, he is also a certified counselor from the American Psychological Association.
Sebastian has over 30 years of experience working in learning and organization development in three major Industries- healthcare, hospitality and consulting. He has led culture transformation & team development work extensively with Singapore and multinational organizations globally. Sebastian has a Master's in Training & Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester and is a certified facilitator and coach. His research on outdoor experiential learning in healthcare was also published in the Annals of Medicine in 2004.
