MANOJ (VAZ) RAMCHANDRAN
Manoj Vaz is a multiple Golden Book Award Wnner. Born in the middle-class underbelly of Mumbai, Manoj started his advertising career as a copywriter in Madison Advertising but soon realized that he was too independent to toe a line. He started his own Ad agency, Touché Communications in 1991.
25 years, 50 clients and a few awards later, he realized that writing for clients did not give him the inner creative satisfaction he craved. On an impulse, he shut down his running ad agency and started writing for himself.
TINSEL, was his first book with the inaugural edition published in 2014. Next, he wrote a mystery series for teenagers – CHILDREN OF EVIDENCE. Then came his historical bestseller QUEENDOM. That was followed up by his collection of ten evocative short stories - TBC (To Be Continued). RANDOM MUSINGS, his book of original quotes is also very popular among netizens.
