Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThis is a book about leadership the way it really happens, when you're in the middle of it, trying to make sense of things. It isn’t built on theory or ideal versions of how leaders should be. It’s about the kind of leadership that shows up in daily decisions, in the way you speak, act, listen, and respond.
It’s written for people who are still figuring it out, and for those who’ve been doing it for years and still don’t have all the answers. You don’t need to read it from the start. You can open to any part. Every chapter is built to stand on its own.
These pages come from real experiences. The hard parts. The confusing parts. The moments that stay with you. You’ll find tools, questions, and reminders. You might see yourself in some of it. You might see someone you work with. Either way, it’s meant to hold up a mirror.
If you lead people, or want to, this book is for you.
