He believes that leadership begins with being a good human being. Through his journey, he’s always focused on real, day-to-day leadership, something that doesn’t always come from theory, but from doing the work and learning from people along the way.
Sridhar is deeply passionate about building people and helping teams grow. He’s worked with young professionals and senior leaders alike, and he enjoys creating spaces where real conversations about leadership can happen.
 
This book brings together his experiences, reflections, shared with the hope that it helps anyone trying to find their own way as a leader.
