Sridhar Aranala
Sridhar Aranala has been working for over 30 years across industries like FMCG, telecom, and media. He has held leadership roles at well-known companies like Hindustan Lever, Airtel, Tata Communications, and now serves as a part of the executive management team, leading the Sales & Distribution function at The Hindu Group. He is also the business head for the Schools initiative of the group, an initiative that reaches more than a million students across the country.
He believes that leadership begins with being a good human being. Through his journey, he’s always focused on real, day-to-day leadership, something that doesn’t always come from theory, but from doing the work and learning from people along the way.
