CA Surinder Sareen is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (India) with over 40 years of experience in financial and business consulting. A graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and an alumnus of Cambridge School, he began his career in India and relocated to the UAE in 1999.
He is the Founder and CEO of a respected financial and management consulting firm in Dubai, advising clients on financial restructuring, operational efficiency, risk management, and strategic growth. His professional experience spans both private and government sectors, supporting businesses ranging from small enterprises to large corporations.
Urvashi Sareen Suri is a seasoned business consultant, ISO Lead Auditor, and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of global experience across the UAE, Middle East, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She is the Founder and Managing Director of KCI Business Consultants LLC, USA (since 2024), where she leads business advisory and ISO consultancy operations for North American clients. She also serves as a Lead Auditor for one of the world’s foremost inspection, verification, testing, and certification companies, enhancing her expertise in international compliance and auditing standards. An alumna of the London School of Economics and an MBA (UK), Urvashi holds certifications as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 27001, and 45001, and as an Internal Auditor for ISO 20121, 50001, 55001, and HACCP. She was also a recognized Dubai Quality Award Assessor.
