We live in a society and depend on each other for our daily needs. Knowing about persons around us would help children understand the value of other human beings in their lives. The book aims at introducing children briefly about some persons who play an important role in our lives as well as in the society. Further, children would learn some new concepts and improve their vocabulary easily through these brief descriptions of persons around them.

Dr. Antarjeeta Nayak, Shri. Laxmikanta Nayak & Dr. Ramakrishna Biswal
Dr. Antarjeeta Nayak is an author and social science researcher. She has recently authored few books for the pre-school children with an aim to make learning a fun activity. She is the founder of the Abhibyakti Research and Development Foundation that works for children, women, education, health, and the environment.
Shri. Laxmikanta Nayak has engaged himself in several social activities, post retirement from public sector undertaking.
Dr. Ramakrishna Biswal teaches at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He specializes in child development and mental health. Dr. Biswal has contributed research articles, book chapters in the areas of juvenile delinquency, mental health, emotion, and cyber-bullying.
