Dr.K.R.S. Nair
An accredited behavioral science specialist and a corporate trainer with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Nair was the best trainer of SBI. His trainings had impacted the lives of more than 50000 corporate employees and others across the country.
He had outstanding and award-winning academic achievements in diverse fields of banking and commerce, business administration, training and development, and animal husbandry. The awards included the prestigious Commonwealth Bureau of Animal Health Prize (England), awards from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), SBI, etc. He was the recipient of the 'Vijay Shree' award (Delhi) and the 'Bharat Mata' award (Kolkata) for his seminal rural development project, which was later rolled out by SBI across the Bank.
Dr. Nair published ten books globally, of which four have been Amazon No 1 bestsellers (three, international bestsellers). Earlier, he had authored ten academic books for SBI’s training system, a collection of short stories, and about 100 papers, including two internationally acclaimed research papers, and articles on other popular and management themes, published in reputed magazines like the 'Indian Management'. He also contributed articles to the compiled editions published by Kerala Agricultural University, Pentagon Press, Delhi, and Bharatiya Kala Prashasan, Delhi.
