Subbu Hegde
Subbu Hegde comes from a farming family. Through education and will to succeed, he rose to head the business unit of a multinational company. Urge to ‘give back to society’ made him start a ‘non-profit’ company for training the underprivileged boys and girls in vocational skills and create sustainable livelihood for thousands. His sensitivity to the injustice in the society around him and his actions made him a civic activist. He also discharged his responsibility for making his two children do well in their studies, start good careers and become responsible citizens. He is a supportive husband and a caring son to his old mother.
