Anxiously Yours

The brutally honest, hilariously relatable, and weirdly comforting diary of an overthinker who’s trying to stay calm in a world full of chaos.

If your brain has ever spiralled at 2 a.m. about a text you sent in 2008, this book is for you.

Anxiously Yours is a laugh-out-loud, cry-a-little, nod-in-agreement collection of real-life stories from a woman who’s been through it all—panic attacks in parking lots, anxiety about WhatsApp read receipts, mom guilt, and the silent war of long alarm snoozes in an Indian household. It’s raw, relatable, and packed with tools, rituals, and small wins that make anxiety manageable—even (dare we say it) funny.

This isn’t a self-help manual. It’s a survival guide with sarcasm, journal prompts, and big sister energy. Scribble on it. Cry with it. Laugh at it. And most of all, feel a little less alone.

You may be anxious—but you’ve got company.

Madhura Vayal

Madhura Vayal is a whole-food plant-based nutritionist, wellness facilitator, and certified NLP consultant who also happens to be an overthinker-in-recovery. With over a decade of experience guiding others toward better health, Madhura brings a unique mix of science, soul, and sarcasm to everything she does—including her own journey with anxiety.

Known for her warmth, honesty, and humor, she has led powerful programs on healing, detox, affirmations, and emotional well-being—all through SHARAN India, where she moonlights (okay, daylights) as a facilitator, nutritionist, and health coach, helping people reverse disease while trying not to lose her mind in the process.

When she’s not helping others thrive, she’s managing the daily drama of being a mom, daughter-in-law, wife, and woman trying to hold it all together (with varying levels of success).

She also runs a vegan cloud kitchen called The Gratitude Kitchen, where plant-based food is served with a side of sarcasm and zero dairy. Think gourmet meets grandma’s kitchen—if grandma were vegan and slightly obsessed with millet.

In Anxiously Yours, she opens up about her own mental health struggles with raw honesty, wit, and wisdom—making it feel less like a book and more like a heartfelt conversation with a friend who gets it.

Madhura lives in India with her incredibly supportive family, an endless to-do list, and a deep love for journaling, fruit-based breakfasts, and quietly questioning everything.
