Dr. Prakash A. Sulakhe is a seasoned academician, entrepreneur, and innovator with over 29 years of professional experience. A lifelong learner, he holds a Diploma in Industrial Electronics Engineering from P.L. Government Polytechnic, Latur; a PGDBM and a Postgraduate degree in Management Studies from Pune University; an M.Phil. in Management from TMV, Pune; and a Ph.D. in Management from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University, Indore.
Born on July 11, 1974, Dr. Sulakhe hails from a humble, middle-class family. His father served in a government position, and his mother was a homemaker. He is married to Ms. Ulka Beedkar (M.Sc., M.Ed.), and together they have established an education academy in Dhayari, Pune. They are proud parents of two sons: Paras Sulakhe and Parth Sulakhe, pursuing Mechanical Engineering and Robotics & Automation Engineering, respectively.
Dr. Sulakhe’s journey is deeply rooted in values instilled during his early years in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He joined the organization at the age of six, led various Shakhas, and was actively involved in establishing new Shakhas in rural areas of Beed during his teenage years. His early association with the RSS inspired a lifelong commitment to national service.
While his educational path led him into academia and business, Dr. Sulakhe continues to pursue a mission-driven vision: to create opportunities, provide employment, and contribute to the nation by offering innovative, affordable, and indigenous technological solutions for education and the defence sector.
