The volume showcases a wide range of initiatives aimed at fostering intellectual growth, professional development, and innovation in education. Highlights include two National Conferences that engaged scholars and practitioners on pressing educational issues, and two National Seminars that explored emerging trends in the field. The college also organized two Seven-Day Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) for enhancing pedagogy and two One-Day FDPs on specialized themes. To strengthen student growth, two Capacity Building Programs were conducted, along with four Value-Added Courses that extended learning beyond the curriculum. Furthermore, four skill-oriented Workshops and four Extension Lectures enriched exposure and practical knowledge. This publication reflects the collaborative spirit of faculty, students, and staff, and underscores the institution’s commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence.

About Editors
Dr. Neeraj Priya, Principal of GRDCE since 2009, is a Gold Medalist in M.Ed. from CIE, DU, and has also qualified UGC-NET and JRF. With over 30 years of teaching experience across school and higher education, she has authored two books, co-authored SCERT (Civics) and NCERT (Political Science) textbooks, edited four books and published more than 20 research papers along with 40+ articles in reputed newspapers. A respected writer and invited resource person, she actively contributes to educational discourse and professional development.
Dr. Geeta Pathak, Associate Professor at GRDCE, holds a Ph.D. in Education, along with NET, SRF, M.Sc. (Mathematics), and M.Ed. She has over 19 years of teaching experience and has authored five books, three booklets, and numerous research papers in national and international journals. With 18 action research projects and 4 edited books to her credit, she is dedicated to innovation in teacher education and fostering professional growth among pre-service teachers.
