Dr. J. Rachel Priya, Editor of SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, a distinguished academic volume that brings together diverse scholarly perspectives on employability, labour rights, workplace equity, digital transformation, green jobs, and sustainable economic development. With strong expertise in finance and marketing, she offers intellectual leadership that integrates research, policy insight, and industry relevance within the broader framework of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Through her editorial vision, the volume reflects a balanced engagement with theory, empirical inquiry, and contemporary global challenges.
She holds M. Com and MBA degrees, is SET qualified, and earned her Ph.D. in Emotional Branding. She serves in the Department of Business Administration at Madras Christian College (MCC), where she is Faculty Coordinator of the Institution Innovation Council, Staff Advisor of the College Union Society, and Finance Resource Person at the MCC Boyd Tandon School of Business. She is also actively involved in the BBA Department Prayer Cell and MCC Student Christian Movement.
