Manoj Joshi ‘Comrade’ was born in Mumbai on 4th September 1965. Having done his early schooling in Mumbai in Our Lady of Salvation Dadar and thereafter at Holy Cross High School Kurla he moved to Delhi in the year 1977 and thereafter completed his schooling in Montfort Public School Ashok Vihar Delhi and D.T.E.A. Senior Secondary School Laxmibai Nagar. He graduated from the Sri Venkateshwara College at Dhaula Kuan as a Bachelor of Arts and thereafter post graduated from Institute of Management Technology [Ghaziabad]. Having specialized in marketing and been in the profession of industrial sales and marketing for almost 32 years he has dealt with pipes, fittings, valves, manhole covers, gratings etc. required in the field of water supply and sewerage treatment. Having worked in Indian Compressors Ltd, Electrosteel Castings Ltd and Srikalahasthi Pipes Ltd he has also served in the media with newspapers like Rajasthan Patrika and Nafa Nuksan in the past. Although in this sector too he has been into space marketing and concept selling. Writing blogs in The Times of India has been a hobby that he has been fulfilling for past few years. He has also presented papers that relate to Water at the Annual Conventions of Indian Water Works Association.
