Dr. Yin Nwe Aung is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at UCSI University in Malaysia. She is a qualified medical doctor and holds a PhD in Community Medicine (Health Economics) from the National University of Malaysia. Additionally, she earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in International Health from the University of Sydney and a Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Alberta. Before embarking on her academic career, Dr. Aung gained valuable experience working with renowned organizations such as UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders, World Vision, and other non-profit organizations. Her diverse background enriches her contributions to the field of medicine and health sciences, particularly in community health, epidemiology and biostatistics.

Dr. Syed Mohamed Aljunid is an esteemed Emeritus Professor of Public Health Medicine at the Department of Public Health Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, National University of Malaysia, where he has dedicated over 30 years to advancing public health education and research. Currently, he serves as a Professor of Community Medicine at IMU University Malaysia. Dr. Aljunid was the inaugural Professor and Chair of the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Faculty of Public Health, Kuwait University. He also held the position of Founding Senior Research Fellow at the United Nations University – International Institute for Global Health, contributing significantly to global health initiatives and policies.
