C.K. Venkatraman brings over 40 years of corporate expertise, including 22 years in the C-suite with renowned multinational organizations. Throughout his career, he effectively partnered with boards to deliver business value by building and leading high-performing teams. He also managed teams nationally and internationally. In the course of this career, Venkat has guided and mentored several leaders, many of whom have gone on to senior management roles.
Since 2020, Venkat has dedicated himself full-time to Executive coaching. He works with leaders across industries at various levels, including CEOs, CxOs, VPs, Business Heads, and Senior Managers, facilitating meaningful personal and professional growth.
Venkat holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University and has completed the Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta. He holds coaching accreditations from renowned institutions: PCC from ICF, SCCC from Marshall Goldsmith, and PGPEC from CFI India. He is certified in EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence), NLP Practitioner and in HOGAN Leadership Assessment.
