“Sumintra Maharaj is a Trinidadian/American who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young children in the Education Sector. She holds an MA in Learning and Teaching from Roehampton University, London. As a young teen, Sumintra became fascinated with writing and developed a passion for writing short stories. Writing in different genres is appealing to her, but her preference lies in non-fiction and poetry.
